Registration fee

Registration fee covers the cost of social event and other expenses related with our meeting. The fee is 50 EUR or 200 PLN. The best way of payment of the registration fee is BANK TRANSFER. Participants may pay the necessary amount in EURO (EUR), or in Polish Zloty (PLN).

There are two different accounts for the payment:

1. PAYMENT IN EURO (for international bank transfers) (50 EUR)

IMPORTANT !!!

• Please, during preparing of your bank transfer, do not forget to write the "PURPOSE OF PAYMENT" – it should be the number 30/N/2013 and your last name (see above).
• The DEADLINE for the registration fee payment is May 17, 2013.
• In case you need an INVOICE as a payment confirmation, please send to us the data for invoice (name, institution or home address, etc.). Please, check also with your administration if your tax number (VAT, NIP etc.) has to be included to the invoice. If so, please send it also to us. If you do not need an invoice, we will prepare a document, where the receiving of the registration fee will be confirmed.
• In exceptional cases, it will be also possible to pay the registration fee IN CASH, during the meeting in Wroclaw, but then we ACCEPT PAYMENT ONLY IN POLISH ZLOTY - 200 PLN.
