Accommodation

We reserved some rooms in the Hotel Patio*** for those of you, who want to be accommodated in the conference venue and close to the city centre. There are single and double rooms. All participants have to make a reservation by themselves. There is a special price for CoSP participants for accommodation between May 21-25, 2013. The price is 305 PLN (≈75 EUR) for single room and 385 PLN (≈95 EUR) for double room.

In order to obtain the special price for CoSP participants, you have to make a reservation only by e-mail: hotel (at) hotelpatio.pl. In the e-mail subject you have to write “Consultation on Solar Physics - Reservation” or mention Consultations in the e-mail text. Please, do not use e.g. booking.com or another service because then you will see that the rooms are not available or you may get a higher price.

These prices and rooms are available only until April 7, 2013.
Due to the peak of the touristic season in May, after this date the hotel cannot guarantee these rooms and prices. However, it may be possible that they will be still available after the deadline.

There are many different hotels in Wroclaw, close to the city centre. You can find them in the booking services. We can suggest two hotels in a walking distance for the conference venue, one cheaper and one more expensive than Hotel Patio.
